As I mentioned, the chronograph is a flyback, and operated through a column wheel transmission that you can see in the motion when viewing it through the sapphire crystal through the back of the case.Finally, Glashütte Original completes the high-functionality bundle by adding a discreet power reserve indicator inside the top left quadrant of the subsidiary seconds dial. It will cut out a small bit of the dial’s indicators, but that is a really small price to cover this extra performance that I actually enjoy. From a performance perspective, the 37-02 movement operates at 4Hz (28,800bph) using a power reserve of approximately three times.
